What Does Fear Do?

Our bodies react when under stress that is related to fears about uncertainty and what is present around us. We will feel discomfort in our second brain (the gut), and this will cause digestive issues too much more. The mental anguish will lessen our ability to enjoy today and to think about what we should be grateful for. Our emotions will go through a rollercoaster, but this one has no pleasure, and the levels of change are all displeasing. Historically, we have been through similar situations as a nation, and these past experiences should give us clarity on how to act now. Look above the sun for strength and allow this to ease the tension you feel at this moment and be confident that your place above is secure. There is happiness to be found today, and we shall not live with fear because we know there is peace coming.
